Name after becoming a mage: Joe Mama . He believed his  proper name was not mage like enough for him so he changed to a name worthy of a mage.

Personality: He can be very nice but when he sees his fellow mage “friend” he becomes very angry and quite aggressive towards him. He becomes very happy when he has been on the alcohol for too long. (One glass is too long). Joe is a very capable mage when he puts his mind to it but as he is so lazy he can never be bothered to put his mind into anything.

Description: He wears a very flash robe so everyone knows he is a mage. He thinks it makes people respect and fear him, but of course he doesn’t realise that his clothes and pointed hat make him look ridiculous. Joe is very tall; he ahs never measured himself as he doesn’t want to learn hat people are taller than him. He is very skinny as he kept forgetting to eat during his studies as he was trying to be the best except he never realised  when you study you are supposed to read books.

Likes:  Food and people with less gift than him.

Dislikes:  Most things. People with more gift than him.

Why at inn: Needs a break from a fellow mage who annoys him.  Also the drink is cheaper.

History: He has studied as a mage at the Royal University for years. He was a good student when he tried which wasn’t very often. He was more interested in spells to use on his “mage friend” Him and this "friend" are enemies and always have been.
His mother and father couldn’t wait to send him away as they were sick of him.
